i am making a writing convention, for me

yeah, the title says that. everything will be minuscule, with a few exceptions.

it will go like this:

naming:

I will mention your name in title case if I have respect for you or think you're a good person; otherwise, in lower case.

e.g., hi Akash. hi akash.

self referencing:

"I" will always be in uppercase unless I did something of which I'm not proud; then it'll be "i".

e.g., no, i haven't done that yet. I have run the migration.

making excessive use of oxford commas:

not many people know how to use oxford commas, but I do, and I'll use them whenever it seems apt.

e.g., let's eat, grandma. let's eat grandma.

always using full sentences, even if single-word:

when texting, people use single-syllable words like "great" and "ok". these can function as complete sentences, but omitting a period makes them awkward. since there is no clear ending, I will assume you have more to say. always append "." at the end of all sentences.
